Values written to registers via Modbus are not retained

I'm controlling a Festo valve manifold through Modbus.  I have to write to 4 continuous registers (addresses 0-3) and I'm using the Modbus write to multiple registers VI.  The data is transferred and my valves actuate but they immediately revert to the base state.  It appears the values are being overwritten immediately after the command is executed.  Register data is:

Register 0-3

Offset 0

Bit Length 64

Module 2

Channel 0

Datatype USINT(8)

Output

Any thoughts?

Please attach your VI to check for programming bugs that could cause this behavior.
